For added control on the stud halter I add two extra knots on the nose band, that are adjustable. The knots work off pressure points on the bridge of the nose. The closer together you place them the more control.
If you have a special size request you will need to measure the horse around the bridge of the nose, around the poll and throat latch, and from the top of the jaw down the cheek to the center of the cheek where nose band goes around.
The color of the rope I get varies. If you have a special color request I will try to find something that will work. I also tie halters with out the extra nose knots.
